If you are a physician sales partner, when you use our Site we may also collect the following information from you:

Your NPI number and professional license number;

DO NOT TRACK
Our Site does not support Do Not Track requests at this time. Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page.
CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT
California’s law permits individuals who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of your user registration information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Simpli Skin MD will never sell your personal information that you provide on this site.
