PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Simpli Skin MD functions as a wholesale goods distributor to physician businesses. Physician resellers are responsible for collecting and reporting the applicable end-user sales taxes in their area for product sales.
In partnering with Simpli Skin MD, physician businesses explicitly agree not to resell our products through any third party services or web sites. Violating this agreement may permanently prohibit the purchase of any further products.
Products will be processed and shipped within two business days of ordering. You will be notified of a delay if circumstances do not allow this timeframe.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail.

RETURN POLICY

New unopened product units can be returned within 30 days for a full refund less any shipping & handling fees if applicable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information and content available on the site and its “look and feel”, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the "Content") are the property of Simpli Skin MD and are protected by United States laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.
